Karissa Schat is completing her Masters in Leadership, and is a part of the Abbotsford Vineyard. She and her husband, Mitchell, attended Reach. Afterward Karissa gave us some amazing feedback:

"Often in ministry, "calling the younger generation" to leadership or "seeing potential" ends up being a pull into the cycle of burnout. However, the Reach conference was a beautiful shift in that trajectory! Instead, you chose to listen to our questions, share your wisdom and experience, invest in our lives in a personal way. It was a much-needed and rare glimpse of intentional mentorship. What a gift!"
